  Russ came highly recommended from a friend and since then, my own experience with him can only confirm his professionalism and expertise. Not being able to get a local electrician to my house on a Sunday morning he was able to identify the problem via video call and talked me through step-by-step on how to fix my issue.   Russ was excellent and so helpful when one of our circuits stopped working. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain how our house was connected. We can’t wait to work with him again on our upcoming renovations

  I made an appointment no show no call until I called and text him multiple times. Then hours later he said he was stuck at another job. I work in the trades and see bad business practices all the time and now see it for absolute electric. It seems to be a current occurrence with him. Definitely would not recommend. I guess if you don’t do most of the work yourself to save some money, He would come for the bigger jobs.

  Hi Stephen ! I'm sorry you felt that way . When it's summertime , the hours here go longer than anticipated always because there are too many last minute emergencies (AC's, pools, etc.). I believe Russ offered you the next available appointment during the week (which is when we do our regular, non emergency appointments) , so that could've been an easy fix !
