  What can I say about Air Source Cooling and Heating, other than, they are responsive, professional and courteous. I had an issue the other morning, and contacted them to see if they could help. I was expecting them to say they were busy with other repairs and service (after all we were having an unusual cold spell), but no, they were there within an hour of my call. Turned out it was a problem with my thermostat, and had to replace the defrost cooling board (I think that is the term the tech used) in the AC unit. Now all works as it should. My unit is old, so whatever repairs I can make to keep it running, I will. The tech was professional (his name is Ed), courteous and was on point telling me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. So, with that being said, I highly recommend Air Source for all your heating and cooling concerns. And, they have the $5 service call fee, for first time customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Sanda and Allen......

  Very professional company. One of the founding owners , Alan, comes out and works very hard to understand all of the system that is being replaced and the challenges especially an older house like mine. Crawled through the tight hot attic and made careful measurements. The other competitor sent a repair man and he gave me a quote in 10 minutes. No thanks Installer was very knowledgeable of complete tear- outs and system replacement. Alan came by in the early phase and once again during the later phase of this complete replacement and customisation. No surprises and no upcharge. No excuses. Just great expertise and honesty.

  I have been a homeowner for more than 3 decades and have used several HVAC companies in several homes. Air Source has been the absolute best. Great prices, and they have always been quick to respond with quality service. Above all else though, is their honesty and integrity. I strongly recommend Air Source to all. They are THE BEST!
