  This business waited too long (over 3 weeks) to respond to my request for a bid for a Generac generator. Consequently, I went with another company which Responded quickly, and communicated effectively, and did everything they said they were going to do at the right price.

  I couldn't be happier with the quality of workmanship or overall experience this company delivered. Every aspect was run smoothly and efficiently. These guys are fast, ultra top notch professionals. I especially appreciated the forethought they put into the work plan for my complex project and the estimate/invoice detail. I recommend them solidly to anyone and will definitely use them again. Every vendor should be this good.

  Called out for tune up, paid travel expenses to get them here. Generator was having trouble starting but running, when they did tune up now it does not run, 5 months later still not running! paid bill in full even wrote letter to owner they never responded to letter. Office person was very rude and treated me like i was at fault for everything that was happening I had used them in the past and Jeremy did a great job, but I will never use or recommend them to anyone else.

  When we were called out for "maintenance" on this generator, we were NOT informed that the generator was NOT in running condition. The generator was not operating upon arrival, if we would have been informed of the problem we could have been prepared with a circuit board on our truck at that time. The maintenance was still performed which is what you had paid us to do. You asked Steve to order a new circuit board after Steve had troubleshot the unit and felt like that was the problem, which he did, but you didn't want to pay him to go out and install the board once it was ordered, so he told you he would see if it was possible to do it when he was in the area trying to save you a trip charge. The board was delivered to your home, We have not been paid for that board or the New battery that was installed in your generator at the time Steve serviced the unit, so to say that we have been paid in full is totally unfair and misleading. As a company we just cannot drive to Fairview investing in fuel and time as a favor. We would like to make this right with you Roy, I hope you would make it right with us by paying us for the circuit board and battery. You can contact our office manager anytime 801-254-0782
