  American Energy Services has been such a pleasure to work with. My company has worked with them on multiple projects. Great sales and production team. All members we have dealt with have been great to work with. Will definitely be looking forward to having them on future projects

  You had employees fighting with each other, and one of your employees (someone who seemed to be your foreman) was trashing another employee. The entire group then began making fun of him, which then led to a shouting match. This happened a few times throughout a week that I was cleaning a job site. You have got to have your management in the office and in the field treating other employees with respect. Furthermore, it was clear that pushing people to go faster created a number of errors, busted lights, and circuit breaker trippings. It is better to go slower and do it right, then faster and create a toxic and juvenile atmosphere.
