  I was trying to install a doorbell system (I ended up going with a battery powered system, as I never did find the transformer!) and when I switched the power back on to that area, half of the house didn't come on! I called to several electricians in town, and they couldn't come for two weeks (which was a problem, as the furnace was included in that half of the house, and outside temperatures were around 30F!) I called Annette and she came out after her normal hours and fixed the problem (it turned out to be a master fuse outside in the box on the side of the house!) Her charge was still reasonable, given that it was after hours and short notice. We really appreciate her!

  Annette is a awesome! She came out to my families home with very short notice in the early hours of the morning to repair an outlet that was burning. She repaired the outlet in a snap and was very polite and personable. She didn't want to charge me anything for the job and even offered to vacuum the floor when she noticed she had tracked in some mud. Definitely a one of a kind person. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
