  Don has done work for me for years. He's very reliable and has always been fair on the price. He used to do all of my work at my restaurant and installed a new furnace for a good price in my home. I had a situation where I had someone vandalize parts off of my air conditioner at my restaurant. Not thinking I tried someone else to look at it. They told me they would have to replace the whole unit, and that I was looking at around $3600!!! I thought to myself, wait a minute, I'm going to call the man that installed it for me in the first place. Don came out and said that with parts and freon that it would cost $600. He apologized because the unit needed a lot of freon! Don will be the ONLY man I will get in the Knox Area!!!

  Called on a Monday talked to the secretary I guess said he'd be out Wednesday morning Wednesday morning comes and goes call them back don't even have us marked in then try to makup things to why he didn't come out. Won't recommend them to anyone and lost our business for good

  Donald Kring always takes pride in his work. Has been doing my hvac work for last 30 years. He keeps up on what is current and most effeciant. Cost effective and affordable . Does repairs and new installation on furnaces and air conditioners etc . Great job !
