  Artisan Electrical did an amazing job on my interior and exterior lighting project in MD. They were on time, flexible, and provided expert, professional advice throughout the process. Their technicians were efficient and respectful of my home, cleaning up after themselves and leaving almost no trace of their presence other than the lighting installations. Artisan’s customer service agents are thorough and very responsive; we were in frequent contact via text regarding everything from expected time of arrival to recommendations for hardware. I highly recommend Artisan and plan to use them for future projects!

  I contacted Artisan Electrical about faulty light switches in my home, and they were able to come out and fix them same day. The process was seamless and efficient. Erin was very helpful and professional as she coordinated between myself and the electrician. I recommend their service.

  Just my luck, my light switch broke off. After googling quick solutions, I knew this was a problem that was out of my league lol. I came across nothing but positive reviews for Artisan Electrical and decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did. The customer service and communication from the staff was excellent. I was set up with a quick appointment to repair a broken light switch and replace an outlet with a stuck reset button. The technicians arrived in a timely manner. The repair was flawless and the technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for your assistance! I recommend Artisan Electrical for all of your electrical needs.
