  Very few companies will work with Solar DIYer's. Benson Electric will provide as much service as you need. After I had my basic solar system in place Benson Electric provided all electrical connections from my panels to my home breaker box. They looked at what I had done, verified it was to code, made recommendations, then totally completed all remaining work within one day. They were extremely professional and even provided service connecting me with my micro inverter monitoring service. State inspector looked at all work and approved it on the initial inspection. No additional work to do and no returns. They coordinated with inspectors and with public service for a complete job. Incredibly nice to work with and most professional job I could have ever acquired. Highly recommend.

  Waited two weeks for someone to call and show up, came into my home he looked at an outlet got up and walked out without saying anything. Was going to recommend to a fellow worker well I will talk about unprofessional they are.

  We're sorry you were unhappy with your experience. We make every effort to be as professional and helpful as possible for all our customers. We urge you to call and speak with the owner to discuss this issue. 2 weeks is not an uncommon waiting period for non-emergency calls, especially when call volumes are high. However, our electrician should have notified you about his departure, for that we are sorry. Since this is a public forum, we're not going to go into the detail surrounding the circumstances of why our electrician felt it necessary to leave. What we will say, is that Benson Electric takes our employees' health and safety very seriously. For these reasons our electrician felt he could not perform his work properly and made the decision to leave.
