Your Electricians, Plumbers and Heating/Cooling Technicians are the best.  We have had great customer service given by your wonderful company and warm friendly Secretary, Stacey. She answers the phone like she was the owner and gives her full attention to our call. We are very pleased with the services we have received from Best One Plumbing.  The name "Best One" is very appropriate because your company is the best in our opinion.   I purchased this house in Dec 2019 with Best-1 stickers on all of the heating, water heater and A/C appliances. I contacted them to service my York furnace in Feb 2021. After two trips and $500-$600 in expenses, a month later, the furnace began doing the same thing. It still worked , just not consistently. I emailed Best-1 on Dec 1, 2021 to share I was having the same issues and requested copies of my invoices so I could see the parts they've already replaced. At the same time, I shared by frustration and discontent in a professional manner. My email went unreturned. This morning, Jan 4, 2021, my furnace was completely inoperable (single digit temps this morning). I emailed Best-1 again and they responded with "we are booked all week and that I should contact another contractor". The unwillingness to work with their client that has paid them in good faith for their services and not willing to support the furnace they sold and installed is disappointing, unprofessional and cowardly. I will never contact this company again and my very large family and friends network will be advised to stay away.

  I have been a customer for about 15 years. The workers are courteous and skilled. They have always been there for me! My old water heater broke and they made time in their schedule to replace it the day I called. Pricing is about normal. They have an answering service and return calls promptly. My coworker would have similar positive comments. Recommended.
