  So happy we chose Better Electric! They are by far the best appliance store I've ever been. The customer service is excellent. Delivered our new washer quickly. Great delivery people and staff. Very patient and helpful while you decide from their very good selection. Can't say enough good things about these people. Awesome!

  I never had shopped here before, but when my old washing machine died, I was determined to shop locally. My appliance repairman recommended Better Electric. I know why now. Friendly, no BS, efficient, no pressure. New washer delivered in 2 days. Delivery guys were also nice and friendly. We couldn’t move the faucets, so I called my plumber. The delivery guys were back (without any reminders from me) and we are all happy. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Exceptional experience. Felt like family! Shop here. You won’t be disappointed.

  Second review: Just bought a new dishwasher at Better Electric. Price was good. Jeff delivered and installed for a very good price. So much better than a big box store. Thanks again for the great service! I bought a dryer. It was cheaper than the same model at Lowe's. Delivery was great. $850 with delivery at Lowe's. $750 here. Store is old looking (1960's) but service was excellent.
