  We’ve been using Biggins Lighting for 8 years now.We’ve replaced most of the light fixtures in our home and each time we wanted to make a purchase, we returned Biggins. You just can’t walk into a box store and get the service a local business can provide. Even when there’s been minor adversity, the integrity towards Customer Service has been at the forefront. Communication is key and they do this at a high level. We love our choices and the helpfulness of your team. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Shasta County.

  Extremely unhelpful and poor customer Service. I prefer to support local retail shops rather than big box stores or online, however Biggins makes this impossible. A constant no we cant, or no we don't rather than lets see and if that doesn't work we will find another option. I will no longer do business at Biggins and make a every effort to to make let people know not to patronize. I ended up finding a perfect for my application on line. I needed an outdoor fan 48" and the solution I found was a 72" comprised of two small 42" fans. It is very sad that a Lighting company would not even offer other solutions. I tried, however was met we no's and negativity.

  It was very disconcerting to hear that you did not receive the customer service that we expect all of our customers to experience when supporting our local lighting showroom. We did review this situation with our sales staff, and discussed how we could have improved our service. However, with that said, I did want to provide a further explanation on the situation. It is very difficult to order replacement parts when we are not provided a manufacturer and a model number for any ceiling fan or fixture. Especially on replacing ceiling fan parts such as blades. Every fan model has a different design which makes the blade holes in the blades on every fan model different in which they do not interchange from fan to fan. Without having a manufacturer and a model number it is impossible to know that we are ordering the correct replacement parts for our customers' needs. This was explained to the customer, that we needed to know the manufacturer and model # so that we could order replacement blades. This apparently was not the answer that they wanted to hear, and were frustrated, understandably. We have spoken to our sales staff to improve our customer service in this type of situation. We hope that you will consider shopping Biggins Lighting for any of your future lighting needs.

  We spent spent way too many trips to Lowe's and Home Depot staring at their outdoor lights, trying to find something they we liked to no avail. The first time we went to Biggins Lighting we found lights that we loved and were excited to buy. Thank you so much, Gary, for helping us!
