  I highly recommend this company! We recently built a new home and enjoyed every interaction with had with Birchwood. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with the end product. They have even come back to help us with a few things that we wanted to change. The attention to detail and customer service were excellent!

  Birchwood wired a new home my wife and I built. They failed to meet expectations throughout the process, and we ended up getting close to what we wanted in the end. Travis lacked professionalism, and consistently spoke as if the customer was wrong. We supplied a video doorbell for the project that they couldn’t get installed, so we ended up paying for a cheap generic one that found its way to the trash. The attempted to sell me one of their video doorbells, but I refused. It took one attempt for me to get mine working. Felt like a sham. After moving in to our home we have had to do some adjustments on our outlets. One actually fell out of the wall after having something plugged/unplugged twice. About 1/3 of our outlets were loose in the gang box. Overall, they are quick and hard working individuals, but their work ended up being rushed and incomplete on our home. They were a sub that we consistently had to contact with issues.

  I would highly recommend Birchwood. They were extremely professional and walked us through exactly what our home needed to be brought up to code during our remodel. We had a nightmare of DIY by the previous owner and everything is now streamlined and actually working and now safe. They were responsive to our questions and actually listened to our needs. We couldn’t be more satisfied!
