  BlackRock Electrical did our rough in electrical work for our new cabin in Island Park Idaho. The work was top notch and Dana (the owner) was very detailed about the costs and helped us with ideas on how to keep to our budget. One thing that I personally appreciated was that Dana would take the time to explain what he was doing and why. Our cabin is located in an area that doesn't have electrical service and Dana's recommendations for setting up off grid has saved us a substantial amount of money in our solar purchases. If you want to work with someone who cares about their client and the quality of their work, I can absolutely, without hesitation, recommend BlackRock Electrical. ~Tyler

Dana is a true professional - he is fair in his pricing, efficient and timely with his work, and will always go out of his way to make sure that you are happy with the results.   I have used Blackrock Electrical for two of the types of services they offer. First, as Director of Research for a bioremediation startup company, I hired Blackrock to do some very customized and complicated PLC/VFD design, installation, and programming . Dana, the owner, went far beyond the call of duty to locate the best components for the price and to design, install, and calibrate everything until it worked perfectly. Second, based on that experience, I hired Blackrock to do some residential work in my home. Blackrock did the work very quickly, and the quality was the best I've personally seen. I would unreservedly recommend Blackrock Electrical to anyone for any electrical or instrumentation job whatsoever.
