  My name is Larry Jonas. I just want to pass along in dealing with Shawna Dudley. She was fantastic to talk to,very professional and answered all our questions. She put us at ease with her help. Everything she said would be done,was completed! I highly recommend Shawna at Budget Electric! She is A-1!

  I scheduled a quote from this company between noon and 3pm on a day last week. Nobody came out and nobody called. I called in to see what was going on and they asked me to reschedule for the next day at 130pm but nobody apologized. Then they call me the next morning asking to reschedule again, this time with an apology which I appreciated. The rep who came out was nice but was obviously in a hurry. Overall, not very impressed and I wont be working with this company.

  We scheduled an appointment for them to come to our home on August 27, we had to wait until October 6 for them to actually come out. Appointment was set between the hours of 12p-2p. No one showed. My husband took the day off of work to be home for said appointment. At 2p, he called the office only to be told he wasn’t on the schedule!!! There was little remorse. Definitely wouldn’t count this company as reliable. Generac should not list them as such either. What a shame and a waste of PTO 🤬 We will be contacting another company and taking our business elsewhere for services needed.

  Jessica, it appears as though there was a scheduling error on our end. I do apologize for the inconvenience and will be looking into who you spoke with at our office both when scheduling and when following up so that this doesn't happen again.
