  Very happy with the work and service provided by BWM Electrical Services. With a very good mix of electronic as well as in-person communication, everything was very efficient from scheduling appointment for estimate, receiving quote, follow-up communication, subsequent quote adjustment, deposit and scheduling to completing the work, as well as helping to fix an "operator error" a few days after work was completed. Joe was on-site for the estimate and reviewed all the details of the projects on my list, answering questions and explaining how the work would be done. He provided an immediate quote and also itemized the quote so that I could review and select which project to complete now, and which to save for later. During follow-up, once decision was made to proceed, he immediately adjusted and resubmitted the new quote for me to review and submit deposit. I was contacted by office staff and work was scheduled in a very short time period - a lot faster than I was expecting! Joe & Brad came out to complete the work I needed (new garage circuit and outlets, new RV outlet), did an excellent job (clean-up included!) and even helped arrange some of my heavier garage items where they needed to be to utilize the new outlets. Joe went above and beyond by responding promptly to help resolve an "operator error" I had a few days later - I think he even had to drag Brad in on it remotely. (LOL - Thanks!)

  They charge a $29 estimate fee. We would need to schedule a meeting window (not specific time), miss work all for someone to drive out to the house and work up a simple 120v exterior outlet installation quotation. Even a rough estimate would have helped to see if it’s something we can schedule or not. We’re willing to provide real-time video, pictures and none of that was requested to help save time and $29 estimate fee. We were budgeting a few hundred, even knowing the cost for materials is less than $50 for this installation. This review is strictly based upon the estimate process and not the particular administrative female we spoke with; she was professional.

  Thank you for the feedback. We have recently adopted a $29 dispatch fee due to the rise in gas prices, which is applied if the quoted work is accepted. We provide up-front pricing that does not change. Every home and job is unique, thus to ensure an accurate price, we require on-site estimates by our electricians.

  I'm grateful. My husband I recently purchased a home that needed some electrical work done. BWM provided professional and prompt service. Our technician was Brad and he was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the scope of work for the repairs that our home needed. He was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision but by the end of the discussion the decision was clear! I, highly, recommend BWM Electrical Services for anyone needing quality service at a fair pricing range.
