If I could, they wouldn't have even received 1 star. So I called this company on 9/15/20 to see if they could test my outlets, due to a surge passing through the house. The female that answered the phone when I inquired about making an appointment stated to me...and I quote, "we don't have the time to do that." Needless to say, after hearing something like that, I definitely have no desire to ever patronize this company. Businesses should really be mindful of who they hire in their customer service and receptionist department. After all, they are the first line of communication and the ability to get a sense of the business for the customers. There roles play a big part of just how much your company can grow. This is especially the case for small businesses. You can thank her on your company missing out on a $2500 job 😉
