  Very excellent service. The team at Collision Master is very professional and amazing. The whole process was very easy, and I love that I get a text notification for any updates. The best part is I got my car back before the expected date. I’m completely satisfied with the outcome of my car, thank you for your amazing work.

  Gale was very nice on the phone and in person. They were able to squeeze me in on a Monday, when they usually don’t do photo inspections for insurance on Mondays. I would definitely recommend them!!!

  By far the worst experience I’ve had with a car shop.! Took my car in 2/22/2022 from hitting a deer so not “Major” damage….. they did not keep me updated they gave me 3 dates my vehicle was gonna be completed none of which they completed it and kept giving me the run around and half/incorrect information.! I finally got my car back 3/28/2022 with parts(fuse and battery covers) tossed in the back seat they did not make me aware that they did not refill my coolant, coverings under the hood was not placed back correctly and my a/c they told me I’d have to come back to get it recharged (I know I can do myself.! But that’s not how I brought it to you) I’m just disgusted with them and their service.!….. only thing good about them is they have a great lady by the name of Gail at the front desk.!
