  Sarah is Absolutely wonderful. She was super sweet and so helpful when I was trying to move internet to a different location. And she would respond to my emails in a very timely manner. When ever I had a hiccup due to renovations she was so nice and would change the dates or anything else that I needed. She was very knowledgeable about what she was talking about. Last time I had to call a rep was very respectful, I had a question that she did not know and she was honest with me and told me that she would get me over to Sarah because Sarah knew and the rep stated that Sarah was super sweet. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Sarah

  They mayor needs to do something different about cpws he makes calls about about restaurants but dont do nothing about the bad power company. Aftering reading the reviews from 4 years ago to now it seems like we need to call the state office on the matter. The city of columbis needs to be updated all around

  The worst wi-fi/internet service known to man. Yes, I am very well aware that Columbia, TN is still back in the dark ages in reference to every single thing, but Columbia Water and Power is the absolute worst thing about this town. My wi-fi has gone out 10-15 times TODAY. For anyone that wants, and more importantly needs (especially when you work from home), dependable service, go elsewhere. This is not the service anyone wants or needs. If I could it it a negative 10, I would. And don’t forget, you pay the same amount if it works or if it doesn’t. No discounts for outages. However, I do not get paid for MY JOB when my wi-fi is out.
