  Called this company for a minor house electrical job. The Receptionist-Kristin- was nice and assured me they will send someone out the next day. However, it took almost two weeks to get someone out and honestly, I think it wasn't in the hands of Kristin. I feel this way because she shared my frustration especially after I spoke directly to the owner who assured me thrice that he would be out the same week but never did. I guess the only reason I persisted and kept calling was that kristin always had a way to calm the situation. After two weeks, finally, someone came out claiming to be the owner. He sent another electrician out to complete the job. The electrician was a very nice man, but seemed to take a very long time for a breaker and two outlets. I will not be calling this company again. The two stars says Thanks!

  Had them come out and install a charger for our electric vehicle, they were quick and took the time to make sure it all looked great.
