  Having known the Cushman's all my life, I was very disappointed in them when I called. I asked them to check the power on my used air compressor before doing any work. The service man should have been able to tell that my compressor was bad just by looking at it. Instead, he charged me $802 for duct and copper work and parts for something I can't use. Very very displeased. Call wades or trivitts.

  The thing I hate most about this rating is that I can't give them zero stars. About ten years ago, Cushman Climate Control did our heating and air conditioning system. My husband told them we wanted the best, and we spent over ten thousand dollars on a Lennox heat pump and new ductwork. Much to our surprise, the unit quit working before six months had passed, but we called the company, and they came out to fix it. "No problem," we thought, "That could happen with anything." Ha! Over the course of the next five years, every time we would switch the unit from heat to cool, or vice versa, it would quit working. Each time, Cushman would come to fix it, but as the five year warranty expiration date approached, we were justifiably concerned about our unit. When my husband suggested there was a bigger problem to be dealt with, the agent told him, "Sometimes you just get a lemon." Really?!? The unit passed out of warranty, and over the next five years, it continued to require servicing AT LEAST twice a year. We quit calling Cushman because they clearly would not stand behind their products. When the unit went out this past February, we just figured it was par for the course, but it turns out that the whole heat pump was bad and required replacing. Today our new unit was installed. Eleven thousand for the initial unit, thousands of dollars in repairs, and six thousand dollars today spent on heating and air in a ten year span. Cushman Climate Control- Where they sell lemons and expect you to make lemonade!

  I would not recommend them. Overpriced compared to others that have done the same jobs for me.
