  They did a good job installing 2 new hot water heaters but did a poor job with putting in a sump pump in basement. Not at all like it should have been put in. It's just a hole in the floor with pump on a rope down in the hole. Charged me for 2 pumps since first pump burned out from improper installation. Since then we have had to get a third pump. And basement still floods. Having an outfit out of Wichita who specialize in basements and sump pumps. Should have done that to begin with but they said they could do it and I like to keep my business local. Learned my lesson. Now I have to save up money to get it done again.

  We are very sorry that you were unhappy with our services. Please give us a call to see if there is any way to resolve our differences. We believed we had installed your sump pump pit correctly but please understand that we do not do basement waterproofing so if the basement was not slanted to the pit, water might not go into the pit to be pumped out. We believe debris caused the first pump to fail but were not aware that the second pump had failed also. We take our reputation seriously, please contact us and we will be glad to discuss this.

  Called three days in a row about a leaky outside Spicket. They told me somebody would be there that day. After wasting my entire days waiting around they never showed up. So I ended up calling someone else. 👎👎
