  In person the employee was very nice and polite. I may have been that bad day person or the customer they they didn't care about. I called and we agreed to set an appointment for a Monday and I was told to send a text with my name/address but they never told me a time. When they hadn't shown up most of the day on that Monday I called them and they said they didn't know anything about it. When it came to pricing I believe we were taken advantage of because I told them we recently moved here and based on the average prices we were way overcharged. We were charged $350 to install an electrical outlet and I now have to fix a hole in the wall. All in all I don't think they are a bad company. I just won't be using them again or referring them.

  John, the owner came out with his son Zack to look at my electrical problem and told me what needed to be done. My power had to be turned off, repairs completed, county inspection and approved then power needed to be turned back on. Was so pleased with how John coordinated the work and how Zack completed it and had it up and running in a timely manner in spite of a terrible rainy day. I would definitely recommend DTR Electronic for any electrical needs at a very reasonable price.

  DTR did our electrical work on our new mobile home we purchased- he was fast, courteous, helpful. Made sure Gulf Power was contacted so they could do everything on their end. Extremely happy with them.
