  Please do NOT work with " Speed Brokerage " or at least that's what I was told they are working under. I was told to go to E& I Engineering on 11.05.21 to get 5 pallets, 3,700 lbs and deliver to Houston TX on 11.08.21 . Got there the bol was showing 6 pallets , 4,500 lbs. I only took the load because I cannot pass 4,000 lbs mark. I drove 180 empty miles . And guess what? Broker said I'll only pay you $75. It's a disgrace. Who do they think we the drivers are? That they can treat us as worse than a second class citizens. 200 miles almost for $75 ? Please stay away and do not give these brokers any more loads, because the way they are treating drivers is UNACCEPTABLE.

  Please accept my apologies for this unfortunate oversight. The original intent to award you this load was correct, however after the load was booked, an additional pallet of materials was added to the BOL which increased the overall weight above your threshold. This was unavoidable and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

  They do not act professional . Women on phone have straight up attitudes when asked questions to clearify the order of their process of hiring on . Then on top of that acts like they don’t know what’s going on and why the person is calling. Lost information through the process . Then they call after time and time of talking over the phone and discussing work , call to talk bad about peoples resume. Seems like they should be little bit more positive due to the fact their job is HELPING people find a good job .

  Do not work for this company. It is sad to feel like a kindergartner when something needed to be asked to a Lead/Supervisor. They yell at people in front of others. The black shirt didn’t even know what a torque range needed to be set to on the TOB line. They are so unprofessional, they lack of knowledge, they’re so rude to employees (except their “buddies”), they make the most ridiculous decisions ever!! They always run out of supplies and punish employees with mandatory overtime. Like if standing on your feet for 8 hours wasn't enough. Not everyone gets a raise, just lower managements buddies. Advice to management: Treat people as that “PEOPLE”. Appreciate who really work. To HR: replace supervisors and leads with competent, professionals who will contribute to the company when it comes to production. The ones you have now are only good to walk around finding the minimal reasons to yell at people and making them feel miserable. E+I it’s a great company but need better management and a new HR team. Justin is a joke!
