  Complete failure of a power company. Law suit will be filed by community. Second year people will die due to extreme freezing temperatures and power gets shut down. It is 19 degrees here and no power at all. No calls get answered at all. A message saying they don't know when power will be back on. That's it. They collect payments and are unable to their jobs at all. Total in competent people running this company. A law suit should let them know they are horrible at supplying power to the community. Enough is enough

  I have been a customer since June of 2003. Really had no problems until approximately five years ago. I realize that the county is growing, but your customer service is worse! I have been out of power since 9:50 PM Wednesday, I am not going to count the hour yesterday and the hour today, that I actually had power!)

  The worst power company in Texas. Can’t even keep power on in good weather. Buy a generator if you have to use them.
