About 4 years ago I had these guys install a electric service for me. They did a great job and were above and beyond expectations. I called them to install another service a while back. They told me it would be about 4 weeks before they could do it. I waited 6 weeks and called to follow up. I was then told it would be another 4 weeks. 6 more weeks later I called and can no longer get in contact with the secretary who told me she would have the person I need to talk to call me back. I got no call back. I have repeated this phone call every day or 2 for a week now. They obviously do not want to talk to me or do this job. I feel they could have just said we refuse the job instead of making me wait over 3 months saying they were going to do it. Poor customer service. I am now looking for a electrician in town who is willing and able to do this job for me because these guys have proven they are only willing to waste my time. I wonder what happened to a place that used to be so good.

James Gallimore of Gallimore Electrical Contractors, LLC, agreed to completing items on our list for a given amount. On July 19, 2018 the contractors came to complete the work. At the end of the day the head electrician told us he was done. His men were in the truck waiting and he needed us to sign before he left. He assured us everything on the list was done and we signed - he was in a hurry. WIthin 15 minutes of them leaving we discovered items that were NOT done. We also discovered an outlet that was NOT working that did before they came. We immediately called in hopes they would turn around and come back and fix their mistakes. The person we talked to said they would come back and finish up when they were in the area it was that was ok with us. We told him that would be fine. After not hearing from the contractor we reached out to him (the owner James Gallimore) again about the unfinished contract. He responded on July 24, 2018 and told us they would not come back unless we paid them additional monies because we had signed the invoice. We declined additional payment since the amount had already been discussed and approved. It was through no fault of ours that they did not complete the items on the list (and both of these items had also been discussed in person with the electrician). On July 25, 2018 owner declined to complete the contract. We trusted the contractor to tell us the truth that all items were completed. We felt pressure to hurry since they were sitting in the car. We feel it was through no fault of ours that the contracted list was not complete AND that we now have an outlet that doesn’t work.
