  Our standard gas water heater went out and flooded our garage in the middle of the night. Called at 8:00 a.m. and they were here by 11:00 and installed smart tankless water heater. Life savers. Emergency service to the next level.

  Could not schedule right away, but they put me on the emergency list because my appointment was 5 days out. Each day they called and said "sorry no availability but will keep you on list for tomorrow." This was great - I was impressed. Day came, I waited all day and then they almost moved my appointment until the next day (which I could not do because of another contractor coming already), but at the last minute said they could send someone. Ok, I'm still pleased to work with you. Then the plumber showed up (seemed knowledgeable and was nice) and diagnosed the problem (we mostly already knew everything). Then the sticker shock. $900+ for something that would have cost me $300 in OR (where we just left and is notoriously expensive). We were not on-board with the pricing. My husband watched some videos and went to Home Depot. Sure it took longer but for <$100 he got it done. So they are expensive and thus the 3 stars. I am sure the work would have been fine.

  Scottin came to my home in a New Homeowner Emergency. Dispatch was not only a real person instead of push 1 for this and blah for that. She was kind and helpful and scheduled the plumber to come right away. Our valve was busted for our washer and our water had to be turned off. He came by after a long days work and fixed our valve and got us going so fast. So grateful and so happy for this service. Best Plumbing service by far!!
