  Mr Baker was supposed to come to give me an estimate between 11-1pm. No show, no call. Very rude and unprofessional

  Eleanor, Im very sorry to have missed our appointment. It upsets me when it happens to me , I know how you feel. Although it is very important to me to make every appointment and to be prompt, sometimes things happen beyond our control. There is nothing I can say except I am sorry.
