  We recently purchased a rental and we immediately called Jake! When he did the remodel in our home last year, we were so happy with his work that we didn't even consider calling anyone else this time. He is totally trustworthy and fun to have around!

  Jake helped another electrician with wiring for our basement finish. He later finished the job along with running cable and internet wiring. He understands all the inspection requirements, is intuitive in his thinking and is reasonable in charges.
