  i have a tenant and her water heater stopped working i looked at it and the breaker was tripped.. I reset it but the same problem persisted. i called and he made special arrangements to come and fix it for us.. This really meant a lot to us the tenant was dealing with a death in her family and needed hot water to prepare for the funeral the next day! THANK YOU!!

  Provided me with an appraisal. I responded within five minutes requesting to schedule. Now no response a week later. They need to improve their communication skills. I have heard this is not their first time not responding to potential customers.
