Hawkins was absolutely amazing! ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ I have never seen a service company go out of its way to take care of a customer the way they did. I had a warranty repair on a pool pump. They are incredibly busy, but once we got on the schedule the team was fantastic. Jason came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had a pump replacement on his truck so he installed it, but it was bad out of the box, unfortunately. We were so disappointed that they were going to have to come back the next week. Henry, a manager, actually found another service tech, Nic who was available at short notice and had the required parts. He came out and installed the part quickly and efficiently. I have never seen a service company go so far above and beyond to get me taken care of so quickly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 🌟

Both lights went out in my pool, spa light still working. Tampa Bay Pools had set me up with Hawkins for service so I called them. They showed up as appointed and actually a few minutes early. They were kind, professional, adaptive to me moving about my own outside tasks as they did theirs, politely approaching and maintaining a 6-ft distance (not my requirement, but I noticed) as they explained what kind of lights I have, why they knew my light bulbs need replacing, and they made the call to Tampa Bay Pools to to pass the baton (inviting me to also call them for added emphasis). They offered me options of paper/electronic receipt and even emailed me information about a surge protector they offered, before they were even off the property. While they couldn't fix the bulbs, they did everything they could and communicated all their movements and findings thoroughly.

Electrical work is good however service is brutal. They cracked my ceiling and because there was stain on it they feel they don't need to repair it. Then they made extra holes instead of using old hole. Went from 30 slot breaker (which were full and needed 2 for a pool) to 40 as upgrade but filled them all up and was back to a full panel. Didn't leave my old switches because they are worth money. Probably sold them on ebay. I had a bunch of double switches and didn't get the same install back. I called customer service to speak to management and instead I got a call from the guy who installed, when he previously told me he couldn't help me about the switches and I should call the manager. Out of necessity to avoid delay for pool install, I used them. Had I'D known the panel would sit for a month I would have shopped around.
