  I needed several lights replaced in my house. Through a recommendation I called Hawthorne Electric. Jamie came out and did a wonderful job. Well I got the bill yesterday and I guess I forgot they told me I had to pay for travel time. The bill was much more than I had anticipated. He also put a dimmer switch in and I was probably charged double for that. I would use them again if they were closer to where I live.

  Technician worked on our job for just over an hour and billed us for 3.5 hrs. Thankfully we have time stamped evidence of the arrival and departure of the tech. We paid them for 1.25 hrs of work and an additional .5 hrs of drive time. Sadly the company is more concerned with coming after us than dealing with the tech who lied about their time on the job.
