Great responsiveness and service! Justin came out to restore our boiler heat on a Sunday in below zero temps. He diagnosed the problem quickly, taught us more about our boiler system (recently purchased the home, and we're new to boiler heating), and even discussed some options for when we're ready to add heating in our unfinished basement as we work to finish it. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to make the time to help in an emergency. I highly recommend!

Justin answered right away on a sunday, none of the other companies answered their phone- came out the same day- installed our new water heater the very next morning! Super fair prices too! Responsive and fair prices- what more can you hope for when needing to replace your water heater :)

i can't recommend Justin highly enough, he was extremely accommodating to our needs! Our furnace went out on a frigid Friday morning in February. I didn't call him until after 2:00 p.m. (explanation below) and yet he was able and willing to get the part we needed and get our furnace up and running that same night. He was booked and couldn't get to our house until around 8:30 p.m. but he showed up when he said he would and didn't charge us an after hours fee or anything extra for having to run to Oakdale to get the needed part. He completely saved us from having to wait until Monday to have heat! AND he came in at a lower cost that the competition. Back story: Countryside had come out early in the a.m. on Friday, diagnosed the problem and lead me to believe they'd be back later in the day to install the needed part. They later called me (around 1:30 p.m.) and gave me an estimate of the cost of the repair (parts and labor) and also said they wouldn't have the part until Monday, so they'd get to us then. MONDAY?!? Uh, it's February! She suggested that perhaps they could get the part if I agreed to pay an extra $100 courier fee to have the part delivered, but she couldn't guarantee that there would be a tech available to come out to fix it before the end of the work day. No indication was given that they could/would come out after hours or on Saturday (which I'm sure would have been costly, but at least we'd have heat!). Her only suggestion was to go buy or borrow some space heaters (gosh thanks, super helpful) and then she thought I should talk to someone there about getting a brand new furnace installed. LOL!!!
