  If you live in Montgomery County area and wish to keep your money local, call someone else. After over 4 weeks and me calling them three times, I received a voice mail from them asking me to return the signed contract but they had never even showed up to evaluate our issue. This is a job involving an insurance claim for storm damage on the house where Ameren's line goes into the electrical meter and main power to the house. Poor communication and unprofessional response makes Higgins Electric a bad choice for anyone needing electrical work in Montgomery County.   Had to park there to get medicine at Medicine Shopp
