  Don't go here for any flooring if you aren't installing it yourself. The process is terrible. We ordered carpet from here because we had gotten our laminate wood floors at the same time. We did the wood floors ourselves, but didn't want to mess up installing the carpet. First, the order was wrong. The measurement company that they use messed up the measurement and had to come back. He measured 6 steps out of the 20 that we needed. Why would we only carpet 6 of the 20 steps? After 4 rounds of addressing the quote and making sure it was correct we reluctantly placed the order. We didn't hear from the install company for 2 and half weeks. It was supposed to take 10 days max to get the carpet in. They let us know that they would get around to installing the carpet in the middle of June. We started the process the first of May expecting to have the carpet installed before June as we are getting married on the 6th. Because that wasn't going to happen now because of their mistakes along the way we called other carpet companies to do the install. Home depot was willing to refund the labor cost, but then tacked on $150 in taxes. We learned the hard way not to do business with Home Depot. Please avoid at all costs if you don't want the headache.
