  Meh. They treat their hardest working employees like garbage, then hire close friends and family members for management roles instead of promoting within on merit. Picking favorites to staff big, important projects is also not a really conducive way to run a successful and fair business, in my opinion. Their office manager, however, is amazing. Her name is Marnie, and she gets 5 stars.

  If you are a minority don't work here. Fellow employee handing out nuses. No room for that in 2018. Have a low respect for hard working field electricians, and poor safety maintenance......

  Unfriendly environment and Terrible company to work for. The work atmosphere is not welcoming from what I experienced. I never worked for Company that Micro manages there Employees like this company does.
