  I received excellent personal service here and got my electrical need met at Inline Electric Supply better than any of the other places I had tried. That included Lowes, Home Depot, and two other electrical supply stores. Ed and the store owner let me in, though I had arrived after closing. I was sitting in the parking lot, frustrated that I had not been able to get the part that I needed. Ed was very kind to notice and ask if he could help. My dogs were welcome too. I discussed the part that I needed with the owner and he answered my questions with a lot of knowledge. As a woman, owning a home and trying to do repairs by myself, I appreciated the information and the friendly attitude. I felt respected and got the kind of hometown service I have not seen in a long time.

  I was needing a breaker for my home and was directed to Inline. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and able to quickly find a suitable replacement. Price was fair for this particular item. Post review. After posting this review, inline responded with a gracious message showing how much their customer service and experience means to them. They have also done this with other reviewers. I am upgrading this review to 5 stars due to their follow up and concern for their customers. Good service is hard to beat. Inline....i hope to not have problems in the future but if i do...you will be one of the first places i stop. Thank you again for your service and concern on ensuring i had what i needed for my family.
