They said they couldn't come back to fix a related problem for almost TWO WEEKS. I checked with them twice during that time to confirm my appointment. Both times they said "yes" that I was on the schedule. Then, they pulled a total NO-SHOW without even calling! Not only did I WASTE almost two weeks, but I had stayed home the WHOLE DAY they were supposed to be there.
