I lost a leg of power in January, it was a dangerous situation so National Grid cut the power at the pole. I must’ve called a dozen electrical companies and had a few stop in only to charge me $140.00 and give me ridiculous thoughts on what they would do. Stagnitta didn’t even get a chance to look at the job. I guess when you’re as experienced as these guys it’s not necessary. They came over at 7am and went right to work. Never stopped till 4pm when the job was complete. As soon as they accepted the job, they lined up the inspector and National Grid because they were confident they would be done. These guys were professional, intelligent, and hardworking. I have never been so impressed by a contractor in my life. I was concerned about the cost and when he gave me the grand total I almost hugged him. They could’ve hit me with emergency prices and really stuck it to me. This is the electrical company you NEED to hire.

Update: Owner called and made things right: He reviewed the charges and agreed that the service call could have been a one man job / one hour and I will try them again. There was no issue with competence as the repairs were done without issue, and I think this turns out to be a miscommunication without any intent to overcharge. As I say, I would try them again. Past review: Had two simple repairs that could have been done by a handyman but wanted to give Stagnitta Electric a try as I had some bigger electrical projects if things went well. One repair was to replace an outlet which took 15 minutes. As I was notified that I would be charged a full hour, I had them replace a pull chain on a ceiling fan to make best use of the time . That repair took 15min. I was charged for 2 man hours as there were two men working on the truck that day. I attempted to resolve the issue with the owner as this was clearly a one person job, but to no avail as the manager felt that the ceiling fan required 2 men for the 15 minutes and that justified billing almost $200. Please beware of overcharging with this company and be prepared to pay. These were easy jobs that definitely did not require 2 skilled electricians and should not have been charged that amount. I would not recommend.

Sorry you feel that way but I never received a call from LK. I am always available to talk to if there was a issue. I assume both items are corrected.

I called later in the afternoon after a GFI outlet broke, so I had no stove or microwave function. They had Jason there the very next day and he even came early! What a relief and all of them professional. I highly recommend them.
