This is the best functioning company I have ever been part of. They are super professional in every way! The owner & office Manager are on top of everything & super great at what they do! This shows daily with all of the great word of mouth we hear from the customers. They take great care of the customers, their electricians & office staff! The owner is one of the nicest, most generous bosses EVER! He is just as great in the field! Very proud to be able to say I am part of this rapidly growing business. That being said, after seeing a couple of reviews from NON-CUSTOMERS, I have learn to take any negative google reviews with a grain of salt. Negative comments typically stem from someone else not holding up to their end of the deal.
Response from the owner
Thank you very much Ms. Baggett.

Worst company i have ever worked for. They hired me and then just a month later fired me so that the owners son could take my job and truck. I was set up and lied to. After it was all said and done they refused to giver my final check for a month and i had to call and text dozens of times and threaten to call the department of labor before they payede what i was owed. They sent me a 1099 not a W2 and it was 2 weeks after the due date. I had to call and text multiple times again before receiving my documents. They are unprofessional in every sense of the word and they produce a subpar quality of work. If youre looking for good work or a good employer do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Dont make this mistake
Response from the owner
Absolutely not true! We terminate workers for doing poor quality work and poor attitude among other things. Some people need to learn to take responsibility for themselves and their actions, then maybe they would not get fired. We have not ever refused to pay any man or woman, not ever! We are a rapidly growing professional electrical contracting service training many men and woman in order to help them improve their circumstances in life and become better people. It is unfortunate that we can't retain everyone we hire but some people just do not fit our companies culture.

Had an interview this morning at 9am. No one was in the office, the "employee" that was there told me he was a new hire and had been waiting since 7:45 am. At 9:03 am the secretary showed up and didn't have a clue what was going on. I would suggest working with someone that understands time and scheduling is important.
Response from the owner
I do apologize for the mix up, we are extremely busy and I take full responsibility for this mistake.
