  This company has never let me down. Professional kind staff. Two technicians spent 2 days installing new difficult to install in 12 foot Ceiling Restoration Hardware chandeliers while also removing two large fans and adding a pool table fixture and a poker table light. With on-site decisions concerning for lighting-height we worked seamlessly together for a perfect outcome. Thank You Kay Bee Electric.

  No prices or estimates were given... at all. Never knew how much service would be until weeks later when the bill came. Had a slight issue with the work but the guys and their excellent customer service took care of it. The rate I received was $99 per hour and that’s fine. However, I went to pay the bill and saw no options to pay on invoice. It was then that I found out that either you pay by check in the mail.... or 3% (almost $10 fee) to pay by card. Those were the only two options. Not only is it disappointing but it’s very inconvenient being that I don’t write checks and haven’t been to the actual bank since the pandemic started due to health concerns. I would like to pay my bills the same way I always have, on time, and over the phone or electronically. Had I known this upfront, I would’ve searched around for a more transparent company. But they didn’t tell me anything upfront other than my appointment was 3 weeks out. Again, while there were a few inconveniences, the electrician’s customer service was outstanding. This balances out to a average review. In my opinion, this is a good, reputable company. It could use more reliable communication though.

  Update: I called this Kay Bee do some maintenance on my home. 3 years later and they are still the best. Mr. Weber was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick. The ladies in the office are also very nice. I would definitely use and recommend Kay Bee Electric.
