These people at this establishment are some of the most professional and  yet down to earth. They diagnosed the problems well and were safe regarding electricity and explained themselves well so I could understand. Also they were very affordable and kept the cost to a minimum. I highflying recommend them for your appliance repairs.

I had a terrible experience with Keiser's. They came to repair my washer and there was bleach still in the machine. They told me that bleach may have spilled on my brand new carpet and refused to let us try and dilute it. They then refused to compensate us in any way shape or form after the carpet was ruined and had to be replaced.

Awful customer service!

We asked the owner to refund just 100 dollars as we excepted some responsibility for the situation. He refused. The new carpet costs 400 dollars to replace.
