  Hired this outfit to survey my property. They left off one tract, but was more than happy to accept the 8 GRAND they charged, and did not bother to tell me they left off one half acre tract. When it came time to sell, my neighbor would not sign a boundary line agreement, and hired this outfit to survey his property,. They happily included the half acre they would not survey for me, even though the metes and bounds describe my deed perfectly. I hired Chastain and Associates, and now there is disputed surveys. Unless you would like to be faced with the possibility of losing a 2 MILLION dollar sale, I would steer clear of this one.

  They said it would be 4-6 weeks and it was 6 weeks almost to the day, but all surveyors were a month behind. They did a very good job. I was pleased with their work and talked to them for a while without interrupting them. The price was fair and I would recommend them and use them again - which I plan to do soon enough. Just have a little patience; they'll get to you.
