  Service was excellent, pleasant, and informed. We damaged a leaf spring on I40, and despite the fact that all of their jack stands were literally under rigs, they purchased three additional sets of jack stands simply to get our rig back on the road. In 20 minutes, I fixed a generator problem that others couldn't even see. If they don't have the part, which they do, they'll order it. Highly recommended; however, reservations are required weeks in advance.

  I would give this place zero Stars if it was possible. I waited 4 weeks to get in there, per their schedule availability. Then the owner, who I had not met, called me about 8 pm the evening of Saint Patrick's Day, rambling on and then very sarcastically saying he didn't want to do the work on my RV. When I delivered the RV to them, it was running perfectly, as it had just come from having its spring maintenance done. When I went to pick it up, it wouldn't run. However, the next day, when the tow truck came to pick it up and we towed it back to my house, we discovered that it was magically running perfectly again-- So you do the math...

  We'd owned our first travel trailer about 1 yr when I scrapped it against a gas station cement pole in Sep 2021. I had no clue about anything related to repairing a trailer. GREAT experience with the insurance (Progressive) claims adjuster: she took a lot of time to answer ques and explain the claims process. I'd already talked with our dealership about the accident and wasn't pleased with the experience. I asked my claims adjuster for a recommendation on repair shops. While she would not make a specific recommendation (understandable), it was clear she had a lot of respect for the owner (Greg) of Lebanon RV, so I contacted him. I liked Greg from the first call: friendly, professional, obviously very knowledge about trailer/camper repairs, etc. I took our trailer to Lebanon RV in early Nov and got it back the first wk in Jan, which was amazing turnaround given the holidays and supply and labor shortages created by the pandemic. I was very satisfied with my entire experience, and I highly recommend Lebanon RV!
