  Be sure when you call Geek Squad that they don't have this group sent to you. Wait for appointment with Geek Squad if you have to! Totally messed up our system and we are having to pay 99.99 to have our universal remote reprogrammed. No sound from tv, tech came back and said we had a short in our receiver (we don't). Also, When hooked up Alexa to play music thru our speakers, it plays everywhere but there, intermittent, and then stops or starts up again in another room. Total nightmare...Geek Squad said they warrant work for 90 days and MasTec would do a Re-Do, problem is they wanted to send same tech after 5pm, Said no, wanted someone that knew what they were doing. Third day, no response. Will be contacting credit card company to stop payment, and contact Geek Squad for assistance as well as Better Business Bureau to report this group.

  Mastec was sub-contracted to do some electrical work for FPL, for a new house being built next to mine. Mastec cut down tons of very large limbs and left them (along with large logs) scattered all over my yard. The yard waste company and I had to collect it and bring it to the street to dispose of it. Very sloppy company, beware.
