  I'm about to sell the house and needed to have the well disinfected and a new cap put on. Called Alex and had the task done quickly and when he said it would be done. Very impressed since it was such "small job". He even painted the well pipe that's exposed above ground. McCandless put our well in 28 years ago. It's nice to see they are still providing great service.

  Fantastic company! They provided quick service to get my well and pump back up and running. Very professional and up front about everything during the entire process. If you have a residential well and have some kind of issue with your water these guys are for sure the people you should contact first.

  So impressed by this company. We thought my mom's pipes were frozen this past weekend so we traveled from Cleveland to Lake Chautauqua on Saturday to find it was not her pipes but her well. I called several well companies but ONLY McCandless (Alec) answered the phone. Unfortunately he was busy on Saturday taking care of other customers but promised me they would be at my mom's Monday morning at 8:00 am. Sure enough Dustin arrived at my mom's at 8:00 am and got her up and running. They replaced the well pump, reinsulated and installed new heating tape to keep things from freezing. Excellent customer service - would use them again and have them permanently on my electronic address card. Thank you Gentlemen !
