The Midwest team installed a new whole-house backup generator for us. They did a phenomenal job. The entire team was professional, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The team from Midwest Electric and Generators installed a Generac generator and whole house surge protector. The team was very good at communicating throughout the entire installation process to ensure that I understood what work was being performed as well to ensure a satisfactory result. Great professional looking installation as well. I am very satisfied with the result and look forward to depending on my generator during future utility power outages.

The entire experience from initial contact with Midwest Electric and Generator through the completion of the the generator and transfer switch install was pleasant and professional. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and the bid for work performed was more than fair. Shawn and Ryan arrived on schedule for the install and answered all my questions. Matt arrived later on to complete the natural gas install. The installation is so perfect. The location and the run for the electrical and gas lines from the house to the generator is extremely neat. Every contact I had with the company was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Midwest Electric and Generator.
