  Well, safe to say these people are the worst on the market. They had me spend over 2000 on changing a panel that ended up frying all my heat sources. No hot water/no heat during the winter while having a child in the home. Knowing that never did anything to fix the problem and left us with no heat for a whole month as he keep saying he’d be back. Tried to get me to spend thousands of more dollars to replace our heating system. I had another person come in and ended up fixing it for 50$. These people are cons, I would never recommend giving them business

  Did a decent job fixing what I called them to fix. Following that I asked for an estimate on how much it would cost to rewire the house to get rid of knob and tube. They pressured me into agreeing to do it through them and insisted I give them a check for half of the cost (a sizable amount) right there and then. I was hesitant, so they told me I could give them the deposit check but they wouldn't cash it in for a couple of days, in case I wanted to call them and back out. This seemed reasonable to me, though in retrospect i really shouldn't have gone along with it. I decided it wasn't the right time to do it almost as soon as they left. I called them later that day to tell them to destroy the check, but the secretary informed me they had already cashed it, contrary to what they had told me they would do. They told me they would send me a check back for the same amount. The check came back promptly, but it bounced when I tried to cash it. I called them about this and told me they must have made a mistake and would send me a check back. A month passes by. I call them. They tell me they sent the check this week, it should arrive in a few days. Another month passes by. I contact them again. They ask me if they can send me the payment back in two pieces, half this month and half next month, as treasurer's checks to ensure they don't bounce. You've guessed it, another month passes by and again, nothing. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They will con you and lie to you. They've been telling me since November they'd get me my money back, and it is now March.

  Mr. Response Electric is a great company. I called them on multiple occasions, one time was an emergency and they had someone out that night to fix my electrical problem. The electricians that came to my business were very professional, on time, and the problem was fixed every time. A+++++
