  Nub is one of the most expensive utility company's I have ever seen. My fiance got a $400 light bill this month!!! He has been working in Chattanooga during the wk, staying at a motel and comes home Fri evening, so he isn't there but 2 days a wk show can a light bill be that high. Everyone's bill has went up over $100 and there is no reason it should go up like that. People are talking about moving out of Newport because they can't afford bills like that. I hope whoever is responsible for this hike up can live with theirselves.

  This has the most unprofessional, hateful, and incompetent people I've ever seen anywhere!! No customer service whatsoever, because you have to have the services unless you have your own solar panels. I will be looking into my own and have them pay me. They're not worth the one star it took to write this review.

  For the past year I have been trying to get the power in my name. In the past year I have gotten multiple reasons as to why, how ,when I could change the power in my name. I spoke to several people , and I had speak to multiple people in the chain of NUB finally after speaking with Tammy it was made very clear that they have no instrest in helping the CUSTOMER. 1# You need to make sure your employees are properly trained, and secondly make your lazy unethical plain out rude employees accept responsibility of their lack of communication. Finally if I could rate you a ZERO I would. Something that should have taken me less time than to bake a cake has taken me a full year to deal with. I really hope that you get your uneducated RUDE employees under control.
