  We had a last-minute panel emergency, and Zack took care of everything fast away to get our house back up to code and safe. He stayed all day to verify that the task was handled effectively. We owe him a huge debt of gratitude. He is a consummate professional with a high level of experience in his area. He is exceedingly ethical, respectful, and charming.   Excellent customer service! I received a text message prior to arrival, and they arrived in very nice vehicles. The techs were well-dressed, courteous, and well-informed. They were employing cutting-edge technology and putting in long hours to diagnose a complex problem. Our university's new go-to electricians have just arrived. Also, the fees are really affordable. They get two thumbs up for their excellent service! I strongly advise anyone to use Nexus Electrical.

  We just bought and moved in to our first home, and as we've been making it our own, run into several electrical issues that were above my skill level. Made an appointment, and Zack came out to have a look. He was right on time, very competent, and took care of everything much quicker and for much less than I was expecting. He was also very considerate of our sleeping baby, and left our floors cleaner than when he arrived. Will definitely call again if I need electrical work done!
