      Not pleased with their customer service. Thay made three trips to determine that my generac couldn't be fixed because unit wasn't supported by generac. Less than 20 years old. Tech couldn't find serial number, plate on side of unit with serial and model number clearly visable. Have called twice to get a cost estimate to replace unit. No call back.
